Tropical Idai in March 2019 will be the first case studied. An index of previous WMO surveys of weather service severe weather warnings has been prepared by Juyeon Bae and will be used by this and other activities as a starting point. Linus Magnusson has assembled discussions of severe weather events from the ECMWF newsletters 2014 - 2019.
